Position:       Assistant Pastry Chef, Araxi Restaurant + Oyster Bar
Reports to:  Executive Chef, Araxi Restaurant + Oyster Bar

As an early pioneer of farm to table dining, Executive Chef Quang Dang’s seasonally focused menus celebrate the excellence of locally sourced ingredients. Private-dining extension The Cellar by Araxi, Spanish-inspired Bar Oso and Il Caminetto are sister Whistler locations affiliated with Toptable Group.

We are currently hiring a full time Assistant Pastry Chef. The ideal candidate is a team player who works well under pressure in a dynamic and fast paced environment. He or she will have the opportunity to learn from an experienced kitchen team and work with exceptional seasonal products. Position Requirements:

  • Knowledge of bread making, chocolate work, and individual dessert plating
  • 1-2 years experience in similar position
