His chocolate salon is brimming with its 2019 Easter parade of chocolate delights to give and receive for this upcoming holiday.

Beginning the week of April 15th, hop on over to Thierry Cafe and choose your favourites from beautifully presented gift baskets, Easter eggs and bunnies, springtime flavoured macarons, and more.

The adorable collection of farmhouse animals, cloaked in the finest dark, milk and white chocolate, are presented in prepackaged gift boxes or sold individually. Prices range from $7.20 to $50. Faceted Easter eggs decorated in an assortment of sizes and styles that are tied with a bow are perfect for gifting and recognizing this special time of year. For those with a love of Chef Thierry’s springtime cakes, these ‘pretty as a picture’ creations make for cherished hostess gifts for Eastertime celebrations. Choose from a line-up of his Mango Tart, Fromage Blanc, Gateau Cassis, and La Russe – all available in individual and larger format sizes.

“Easter is always one of our favourite times of the year when we take a few liberties in crafting our chocolate creations,” says Chef Thierry. “From the pastry kitchen to the chocolate salon, we’re honoured that our offerings are a part of our guests’ Easter celebrations.”

Thierry Cafe is located at 1059 Alberni Street and is open from 7 am to midnight on weekdays and 8 am to midnight on weekends.
