Fans of apple tarts need not despair as Chef Thierry’s signature dessert is a mainstay for offerings throughout the year. This showstopping creation is a flaky puff pastry and fruit-filled carmelized masterpiece that is available in individual, small, medium, and large formats from $6.85 to $46.95.

Nothing says fall more than a quintessential pear offering and Chef Thierry’s Pear Bourdaloue is a classic favourite. His stunning sweet pastry-based creation of almond cream and poached pears is a pleasure to set on the holiday dessert table. Choose between small and large formats from $32.95 to $54.95.

Nut lovers will be pleased that Chef Thierry’s fall creations include his beautiful Chestnut Tart that is a symphony of flavours from almond/chestnut cream, candied chestnuts and pecans, and dark chocolate shavings. Choose between individual portions or small, and large formats dependent upon your entertaining needs. Prices range from $8.95 to $54.95.

Chef Thierry’s fallen for more nutty flavours with a series of pistachio desserts that highlight these creamy and nutritional gems of green. For this season, try his Pistachio Nut Cake, Pistachio Chocolate Cherry Macaron Cake, and Pistachio Chocolate Mousse Cake. All dreamy and deserving of an extra bite or two with pricing ranging from $8.35 to $58.95, and available in-store as of October 10th. Thierry Cafe is located at 1059 Alberni Street and is open from 7 am to midnight on weekdays and 8 am to midnight on weekends.
