This fresh colourful cocktail is easy to create and even easier to enjoy. Let’s raise a glass to a healthy holiday season and to new beginnings!

Serves 6

• 12 oz fresh grapefruit juice
• 10 oz pisco
• 3 oz fresh lime juice
• 2 oz blue curacao
• 2 oz maraschino liqueur
• 2 cups ice cubes
• 6 Amarena cherries, for garnish

Chill 6 martini glasses in the freezer. In a pitcher, combine all of the liquid ingredients over the ice and stir until well chilled. Strain the mixture into the martini glasses and garnish with an Amarena cherry.
