Red Star Line

Each and every cocktail on Elisa’s list tells a story and the Red Star Line is no exception. Red Star Line was the name of an ocean passenger line that frequently travelled between the United States and the United Kingdom, bringing exotic spices like cinnamon, clove and nutmeg to North America. This cocktail celebrates this notable moment in our culinary history with bold fruit flavours and stimulating spice-infused bitters.

Combine all ingredients over crushed ice in a Collins glass. Mix to combine and top with more crushed ice.  Garnish with lemon zest or a dehydrated lemon wheel.
