Whistler, BC (October 22nd, 2015) – Araxi Restaurant and Oyster Bar is once again welcoming guests to the most anticipated event of Whistler’s Cornucopia festival – The Big Guns: Icons of the Wine World dinner – on Friday, November 6th.

Drawing on his international repertoire and the best of the local harvest, Executive Chef James Walt has teamed with Wine Director and 2013 Sommelier of the Year Samantha Rahn and Restaurant Director Neil Henderson to prepare a six-course feast and an extraordinary evening. “We are taking guests on an exquisite culinary journey,” said Walt. “We begin the evening in the old world, with stops in France and Italy, and end in the new world, with stops in Australia and Canada,” added Rahn.
