– New Dining and Event Venue an Exciting Addition To Whistler’s Hospitality Landscape –

Vancouver, BC (October 13th, 2015) – The Cellar by Araxi, one of Toptable Group’s much-anticipated new venues in Whistler, is now accepting reservations for private dining and exclusive events from November 16th, 2015 onwards.

Neil Henderson, Araxi’s renowned restaurant director, said, “These beautifully designed, multi-functional rooms will provide a wonderful extension to the experience our guests and clients have come to expect from Araxi. The Cellar by Araxi will allow us to strengthen our private dining, meeting, and special event options.”

With dramatic interior décor by Vancouver’s Box Interior Design, The Cellar by Araxi will be a private space capable of hosting up to 150 guests in reception format, or up to 60 for sit-down lunch or dinner. The luxurious room, which can be divided for more intimate events, will also have a show kitchen for interactive chef demonstrations. Heeding the needs of Araxi Restaurant’s most discerning guests, The Cellar by Araxi will include a separate entrance and staircase, ensuring the utmost exclusivity for its private-dining patrons.

Araxi Executive Chef James Walt will continue to inspire guests at the new venue, creating compelling regional cuisine based on local, sustainable ingredients. Chef Walt, along with Henderson, will oversee all aspects of the operation at The Cellar by Araxi, ensuring guests will continue to enjoy the long held international reputation for excellence in food, wine, and hospitality that their guests have come to expect.
